Miners Day

Miners Day is Frederick’s premier community event that originated as a celebration to honor and remember Frederick’s mining heritage.  We want to encourage you to come to this community event, have fun, and connect with your neighbors and community members!  This is an annual event that features family oriented fun and entertainment throughout the day.  It includes a parade, burro race, exhibitor booths, food/refreshment vendors, activities, contest, as well as live entertainment!  The conclusion of Miners Day wraps up with a spectacular evening concert and fireworks display!
